Shipping Rates and Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Witches Sage. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Please note that First Class Mail does not come with a tracking number. Priority Mail has a tracking number added.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. The Witches Sage cannot guarantee shipment time once the package has been scanned and received by any of the shipping companies we use.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The Witches Sage ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) Unless you choose First Class Mail, this service does not come with a tracking number.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Witches Sage is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
The Witches Sage is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Please contact us if you're placing an order for shipment outside of the United States. We will give you a shipping price for the destination of the shipment.
Please note that you'll need to purchase either Priority Mail Express International or Priority Mail International to have the package insured.
Returned packages due to wrong supplied address
If your package(s) get returned due to a wrong address supplied, we'll send you either an email, or we'll try to call you. If we don't hear back from you within 48 hours, we'll refund the cost of the order minus shipping costs. If you wish to have the order shipped again, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
Package lost in transit, or shows delivered
It's the buyers responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. We'll supply any documents requested showing that the package was shipped.
Please note that First Class Mail and Parcel Select Ground does not have insurance if the package is lost.
