Kar-Sur Zhingkham Khunchab is prepared according to the formulation prescribed in the sacred Buddhist tantric text of Longchen Nyingthik and it contains the best of all fruits, cereals, richen Nge Nga ( five precious gems). It is an age-old Buddhist tradition of offering Kar Sur to Propitiate the Buddhas.
