this sucks

I hung it up on my wall and it fell of immediately, and really bad quality overall, DON'T BUY

I’m sorry you had an issue with one of our products. If you would have contacted us before leaving the review, or read our return policy, you would have seen our return policy is very generous, which in most cases we pay for the return shipping.

We also realize that sometimes items have defects that are out of our control. The bracket on the back may have not been seated all the way into the plaque, bent, or otherwise not functioning the way it was meant to function. Or, much like hanging a picture frame, sometimes they’re not seated correctly to the nail/screw, which would cause it to fall.
